How do I know you're a real company?

How does your quality compare to other companies?
All of our products are customized by hand with great attention to detail. We only used the finest paints and equipment that money can buy. All products are genuine Microsoft, Sony, etc. Nothing is substituted with cheap aftermarket parts. But don't listen to us regarding our quality, let our pictures do the talking.
Do you offer gift certificates?
For the convenience of the customers we utilize PayPal for all of our gift certificates. All gift certificates comes with a 60 day return window and are valid for 18 months after the purchase date. To use the gift certificate upon checkout select PayPal as your payment type and there will be a field on PayPal to input the gift certificate code. Do your products have a warranty?
We don't manufacture the core products that we customize, so we can't guarantee their function, but we do guarantee our custom work. All custom work is guaranteed for one year from the date you receive your product. Any accessory upgrades or products that we produce are also guaranteed for one year. The function of the core products (Xbox and PlayStation controllers) are guaranteed for 30 days. Service plans are available.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the highly custom nature of some of our products, we do not accept returns on any custom products. If your custom product is damaged or significantly different from what was advertised, you have three days to send it back to us for a replacement. For any non-custom products such as ready-to-ship controllers or items from our store section, you also have three days from when you receive the product to send it back to us for a replacement or refund. The items must be in like-new condition.
How do you ship your products?
We ship our products using the United States Postal Service (USPS). Most items ship using USPS Priority Mail which delivers packages anywhere in the United States with 1-3 business days from the ship date. Smaller accessory orders are typically shipped with USPS First Class. International orders (non-U.S.) will be shipped according to what service is most economical for your country. All orders are packaged extremely well. We produce our own highly-voluminous air-filled packing material and use it generously to protect your product during shipment.
Please note that any ready-to-ship items will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail International for orders outside of the US. The average transit time for this shipping method can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks.
